This new pool house combined a cottage feel with modern details to create a warm and welcoming spot for relaxing and entertaining.

This project included a complete Masterplan for the Meadowbrook Campus. From that the school decided to build a new lower school & learning center with new, 44,800 sf, three-story building which required the complete take-down/demolition of a 20,000 sf existing portion of the main school building and minor renovation to existing spaces. The new building houses K-5 classrooms, science rooms, woodworking shop, library, faculty offices, and acts as the central location for the campus by tying into four of the existing buildings.

This project included working closely with the The Ethel Walker School community on a Master Plan Study and then the design of a new Centennial Wellness/Athletics Center that includes: • Athletic Center with a double gymnasium, fitness, trainer, and team rooms • Dance and yoga studios • A tournament quality swimming venue • Squash courts • Wellness Center with health and counseling suites • Student Center including large gathering spaces, smaller informal study spaces, the Dean of Students offices, a game room and a cafe.

This project involved renovating an outbuilding in Harvard MA to become the studio and offices for a flourishing art frame restoration business. French doors connect the business side from the gilding area.

This project houses separate schools for Boys and Girls. The building allows integrated but separate functioning of the two schools while sharing common areas such as the gym, library and music room. A welcoming entry plaza gives the students a safe sunny place to congregate before and after school.

This 70 Million dollar project includes creating two floors of retail space with new storefronts along the street, cutting two 5,000 sq. ft atriums into the building which are finished with brick, limestone and travertine. Responsibilities included design, budgeting, and management of project team, client and contractor relations, and production of working drawings.

This project consisted of a Master Plan to help the Waldorf School of Lexington in Lexington, MA understand how to best utilize their existing campus which is located in a historic neighborhood in Lexington Center.
